Thank you Medica! |
We’re proud to announce a new partnership with the Medica Foundation, whose generous support is helping us improve maternal health outcomes across Minnesota. Their gift will allow us to develop and distribute the Hypertension Blue Band Patient Experience Survey. This important survey will help us better understand the experiences of patients managing hypertension during pregnancy and guide our efforts to improve care and outcomes statewide. Thank you, Medica Foundation, for supporting our mission to create safer, healthier futures for moms and babies! |

Postpartum Patient Experience Survey |
We are currently collecting survey responses on Navigating Perinatal Healthcare with Substance Use Disorder in Minnesota. We seek responses from Minnesota residents who have been pregnant in the past 5 years while using drugs or alcohol, though those who did not are also welcome. The anonymous survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete, and participants can receive a $20 gift card. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Hmong, and Somali. |
